Cheesy Meatloaf

                     Ingredients:

2 Cups Ketchup

1 package Dry Onion Soup Mix

2 Tablespoons Spicey Brown Mustard

1 Cup Plain Bread Crumbs

2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar

1 Cup shredded Cheddar Cheese

2 Lbs ground beef

2 large eggs, beaten

                     Preparation and Cooking:

Mix together Ketchup, Mustard and brown sugar, mix them until brown sugar dissolves. Remove one cup of the sauce and set it aside. Add remaining ingrediants into bowl. Mix until well combined.

Bake at 375 for 40 minutes.

When the loaf is done, use the 2 1/2 Tablespoons of the sauce you set aside earlier to cover the top of it with. Bake for another 10 minutes then put the rest of the sauce on.

What is Club Bon Appetit’s Cookbook? It is a collection of recipes that has been put together from submissions posted by the wonderful citizens of Cybertown.com. Cybertown is a family chat site to which I am a member. It is a close knit community with lots of great people and fun events.
