BBQ Beef

1 (4 to 5 Lb) Roast Beef

1 Cup Ketchup

1 (12 ounce) Bottle or Can of Beer

1 Envelope of Onion Soup Mix

Put your beer, ketchup and onion soup mix into your Crock Pot, mix well. Add your beef roast to the crock, cover and cook on Automatic for 7 hours or till you can shred the meat with two forks. Serve on Crusty Hard Rolls.
